How much does it cost to build a luxury home?
I am willing to pay as much, i was thinking 7500 square foot, 7 bedrooms, library, home theater, fitness room, recreation room, nice kitchen, den, living room, and 5 bathrooms, family room, nice good size kitchen..study room and office?
I have had the hardest time GAINING weight. What can I do?
I have always been a small, slim figured guy. I was premature as a baby about two months which has affected my growth. I am 23 years old and really want to start gaining weight and putting on some muscle mass. I just moved into an apartment complex that has a 24-hr fitness room! Yay! So what do I need to do to prepare – food, length of workout, types of workout, etc? ANY help would be appreciated. THANKS!
