Mathew P asked:
Authorization am 28 years. old and even though nearly 190 pounds. I resolved in the way as an inspector so there really isn 'in the pipeline; t much physical work involved and I really want to get in shape but I am always on the road living out of motels that rarely have a room or anything of fitness. Any advice and help would be grateful. It also kind of wonder about a diet that may stick to me, improving my overall fitness.

Do burpees, sit ups, press ups and pull ups.
Start with low numbers and build up – you’ll soon see the difference.
Have you heard about Hip-Hop Abs? This is a collection of cd, dance exercises that you could follow at home. Its more of burning fats and calories. I can send you a copy of it.
The best diet for you is the one that is convenient, doable, and effective. Same thing for your workout regimen. If you are one the road alot, I would reccomend protein bars, a variety of whole fruit, beef jerky, dried fruit, nuts, seeds and anything else good and convenient. These types of foods are healthy, convenient, tasty and keep for awhile without refrigeration. Foodwise, anything that has all of those attributes would be good for you.
For workouts, start by doing crunches, jumping jacks, pushups and other such exercises in your hotel room. Get a music player, head outside and do some jogging or walking. Consider buying a strength training band, basically a big rubber band that you can do a wide variety of exercises with- they are cheap, very portable and effective. Maybe even talk to a personal trainer to come up with an exercise plan that is right for hotel rooms and such.
