get a group or friends, or just one friend to go on a diet with you. the trick is to have someone monitor your exercise and eating habit and encourage you.
buy fresh fruit and veggies.
stuff yourself with them.
dont eat anything but that
drink lots of water
Take a picture of any part of your body which is flabbiest and stick it on the roof over your pillows such that it is the first thing you see when you open your eyes in the morning!
Do you have someone who will listen to you? Maybe your husband? Tell the person every day how much you lost, and if you gained or stayed the same, say that too. Remember all day you will be telling the person at the day’s end what your weight difference is. And if you see something that you shouldn’t eat because it’s unhealthy, like maybe a chocolate bar, think of it as saying “You can’t resist me, you can’t do it.” and sticking out its tongue at you.
Use posters.
Stick up little yellow notes to remind yourself all over the place. Like on the fridge, near the telephone, the bathroom mirror.
Buy home exercise equipments. Simple things like skipping rope, dumbbells, etc.
Convince your husband to be your workout partner. Do it together. Plus it improves intimacy.
Set alarm reminder and book yourself an exercise time as if its an appointment you have to attend.
Before going to bed everyday, face the mirror and repeat to yourself “(insert some motivational words)”
