Prepping Horse Stall Mats for Home Gym Flooring
FYI: at the 1:41 mark I jammed the olympic barbell into the stack of mats trying to move them. This action shocked my arm to the point it went numb!!! These mats will be used for the flooring to my home gym. I wanted to clean them first as they are new, but were sitting at a farm supply shop in the open.
