EU Almunia: EU Not Ripe For Fiscal Stimulus Exit Before 2011 (The Forex Market)
VIENNA -(Dow Jones)- The economic contraction has bottomed out in the European Union area, and indicators point towards the start of a recovery, but there is no room to start rolling back fiscal stimulus measures before 2011, EU Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs Joaquin Almunia said Monday.
