How much does it cost to build a dream home?
Sami S asked:
How much cost (land discluding) to construct 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, garage for 4 cars, the average fitness of the court, the game site, the site of fitness, indoor swimming pool at the site of the film, the kitchen (island), dining area, the site of family, living room, library and finally earth. The money is not the only issue that I want to know how to build this dream home? Do work, and of course … how long it would take, and how much the mortgage would cost past?

I would guess $1.5 million
you named alot, but what about sqaure footage…how big of a house are you looking at 6 rooms…ok well do you want little 8′ x 8′ rooms or are you looking for like 16′ x 16′ rooms….need more details if you want a better estimate
Depends on where you live, land costs, the quality of finishes, the overall size of the house and a lot of other factors. And the mortgage cost depends on how much money you have as equity to put into it, your credit rating, interest rates at the time and loan processing costs. Really wealthy people have been paying cash lately during the bad economic times and carry no mortgage at all.
Where I live, a 20,000 SF house on 5 acres would run anywhere from $5 million to $20 million depending on the property.
To build a dream home, the financial cost is zero. Zip. Nothing but some invaluable time to dream.
The dream home is the only home that has no defects, no mortgage, no insurnace cost, no taxes, no lot cost, no monthly utility cost, no heating, ventilation, air conditioning cost.
The dream home is adaptable globally to any location, any person, any financial group, any society, any family size, multiple family units, single family units, rich, poor, talented, skill inhibited.
The dream home is not limited to lot size, lot configuration, esthetic value, nor structural integrity. Neither rain, snow, sunshine, storm, nor adversity affects the comfort of a dream home.
The dream home has no black mold concern, propagates no viruses, no moisture concern, no radiation concern, no cancer causing carcinogerants, no VOC, no insulation concern.
When coming to fruition, the previous dream home is more often a night mare than any resemblance of the previous pleasant dream. The interest rate escalates. Local taxes sky rocket. The mailperson gets bit by the friendly family pet. Some national EPA law is passed to virtually eliminate the construction site. Federally protected remains of a rare extinct insect is observed beneath the kitchen floor. The construction contractor stays inhibited with moon shine rather than working while the sun shines. The entire area is reclassified as being a flood plain. No insurance and no home loan is available in said floodplain locations.
And worse of all, a search of the entire area is unable to locate a local corn farm or biomass supply of wood to provide low cost affordable wood or whole kernel shelled corn for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and off-grid electrical generation.
