I need help with this optimization problem from calculus?

The question says a physical fitness room consists of a rectangle with a semicircle on each end ( with x and y representing the length and width respectively). A 200 meter running track runs around the outside of the room.So, using calculus techniques, find the critical numbers and then the maximum area. I know you need two primary equations for this. I already got the area formula but what would the perimeter formula be?
