The Obligatory Fitness Center

Here’s the Fitness Center at the Bearskin Lodge in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. We really didn’t need to workout (nor did we feel the urge to) after hiking 4-5 miles up and down (and up and down) the strip. I’m sure I burnt off every last calorie of the half-rack of ribs and the catfish dinner I ate during our stay. After all of that walking, I think this space could be utilized more effeciently as a surgical center for knee and hip replacements.  Read more...
