I am looking into buying a condo with my wife. The building has a fitness room, sauna, steam room, terrace, A/C hallways. These are all included in the condo fees (which are reasonably low since no pool, no 24hr security etc.)
I’d like to estimate how much it will cost me to maintain my own unit (2nd floor loft)? Hardwood floors, loft level carpeted, all new appliances. How much repairs and maintance cost annually for a 575 sq ft place and what would be the major items?
