Fitness Room Flooring

I am willing to pay as much, i was thinking 7500 square foot, 7 bedrooms, library, home theater, fitness room, recreation room, nice kitchen, den, living room, and 5 bathrooms, family room, nice good size kitchen..study room and office?

I have always been a small, slim figured guy. I was premature as a baby about two months which has affected my growth. I am 23 years old and really want to start gaining weight and putting on some muscle mass. I just moved into an apartment complex that has a 24-hr fitness room! Yay! So what do I need to do to prepare – food, length of workout, types of workout, etc? ANY help would be appreciated. THANKS!

This is my lunch break time activity.

Needs construction clean before equipment moved back in. No care instructions were left or provided for flooring, and do not wish to void warranty by improper cleaning. Also need to know if additional equipment will be purchased.

1. put it in jail till they disinigrate
2. use it as a punching bag at a school fitness room
3. Use it as a pinata at a childs birthday party, and the kids can use spined baseball bats
4. or have to stand tied to a fire hydrant ***** where people walking by can ***** them with whatever they want
