Fitness Room Flooring

I saw this and i really liked it i saw the demo video on my wii and it looked really good so first off i was wondering does it work? will it give you more stamina and strength and all that? secondly if it does work will it be one of those things where you spend the money on it but then after a couple of months it gets left in your room and you never use it. So my question is, is it worth it to buy it? P.S. the balance board works with other games to right?

I want to slim down a bit, but I don’t have the money to go to a fitness center. At home I don’t have a lot of room either. Anybody got some serious! ideas on exercises for very little space without needing equippement?

How much cost (land discluding) to construct 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, garage for 4 cars, the average fitness of the court, the game site, the site of fitness, indoor swimming pool at the site of the film, the kitchen (island), dining area, the site of family, living room, library and finally earth. The money is not the only issue that I want to know how to build this dream home? Do work, and of course … how long it would take, and how much the mortgage would cost past?
