Question by Victoria {baby on the way}: Should I have this investigated?
So, let’s call her Sara for now, is a very good friend of mine whom I met at the local gym. I had noticed a few interesting scars on her before but honestly it was none of my business and one could have scars for any number of reasons. Well one day, I noticed in the locker room as we were changing, she had what looked like a hand print bruised on her shoulder and finger prints along her sides and ribcage. I confronted her and asked her about it. She smiled and laughed polietly and reponded “My boyfriend and I were wrestling around and he got a little rougher than he thought, don’t worry, it was an accident.” I took the answer as the truth and let her be. Every now and then she’d have a bruise or cut but you can’t make much of small things like that. And anytime it was slightly bad she’d have an excuse of a reason for what happened. Today she came in and we went to the locker rooms to change, like normal, but this time she went behind a curtain, I thought it might have been because there were some new people and she just wasn’t comfortable changing in front of them. I changed and she was still in there, so I barged in asking what was taking her so long… She was in her undergarments, just about to pull on her shirt when i noticed it all…. She had tons of bruises on her legs and two really big ones on one of her arms. The other arm had a huge gash and she had several cuts on both arms. When I panicked she shushed me and laughed and said, “Ya know how clumsy I can be silly lady!” She dressed quickly before I could manage anymore and headed out to the fitness floor. She gave me no room in conversation to question her further. I have no idea what to do about this. I’m looking for a pool, gym, and (wood floor) dance room. I’m pretty sure that my YMCA has that but does L.A. Fitness have it? Which one is cheaper and has more facilities.(YMCA has to many kids in the swimming pool). Which registration is cheaper, I live in L.A. California.
Does L.A.a Fitnesses have swimming pool and dance studio?
