where can i get chin up/dip equipment to put in my room?

I 'm female Can operate at a mile in 10:00 or 20:30 at 2 miles 8 pectoral can make appropriate and do 25 sit ups … the site of plenty of better. What if I have now entered a foundation problem? Even the army could achieve this level of fitness?
